The Village Easter Festival 2019 was a huge success. Here is the message from Brian Moignard, Landlord of The Retreat in Reading:
“A massive thanks to everyone who helped to make it such a successful weekend, there are far too many to mention all of you by name but a few need special praise:
“Alison Rolls, David Gray and Kevin Harrington for harassing and badgering the acts to play for minimal money to entertain us all so brilliantly and also for so vigorously promoting and marketing of the event.
“To young Ella, Jordan and Rich Sloman for pouring the drinks and keeping our customers lubricated.
“Kristopher Dorward and staff at The Lyndhurst Bar & Kitchen and I wish you all the best for the future whatever it may hold.
“Dorota Lathem and her hardworking team at Piwnica Restaurant for holding the magnificent after party.
